Although yoga classes have grown in popularity over the years, some individuals may find that private lessons are more appealing. Unlike basic classes, private lessons are a one on one experience with an instructor. Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health and help one achieve personal yoga goals.
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation
Note! Each new client must sign a waiver. Those eighteen and under will need a parent or legal guardian signature on their waiver. Parents may stop in anytime before the party or the day of to sign the waiver.

Day and time may vary, but private sessions are usually scheduled during daytime hours, Monday through Friday. Length of sessions can be anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes. We can do your session at your home or in Katy’s home studio.
